This Privacy Policy applies to Angel Goodson-Adams, including the website angelgoodsonadams.com, Letters From Your Beloved, mailing lists, enquiries, purchases, subscriptions, communications and future products and services offered under this brand. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, mailing-list preferences, enquiries, correspondence, purchase and subscription details, and information you choose to provide through forms or other communications. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number. Website and email providers may process technical and engagement data such as IP addresses, device information, page visits and email interactions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested content and services, manage mailing-list subscriptions, send newsletters and other communications where permitted, process orders and payments, fulfil purchases and subscriptions including posting letters, provide support, maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service and transaction messages may still be necessary for active orders or subscriptions.

Sharing and overseas processing

We use third-party service providers, including Stripe for payments, HTML Pub for website hosting, Mailchimp and other email services for mailing-list communications, and postal or delivery providers for physical orders. We share information reasonably necessary for those services. Some providers and recipients operate outside Australia, so information may be processed or stored overseas. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and protection

We take reasonable steps to protect information and retain it for as long as needed for services, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion where applicable, change your marketing preferences, or make a privacy complaint. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Certain transaction and business records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to Letters From Your Beloved, offered by Angel Goodson-Adams. Contact angel@angelgoodsonadams.com with questions.

Subscription

Letters From Your Beloved costs US$144 per month, charged automatically until you cancel. Each successful monthly payment entitles you to one physical printed letter, transcribed from Angel’s original handwritten writing, together with accompanying guidance for engaging with the letter. Your first shipment also includes a welcome gift, the details of which are revealed when it arrives.

Postage and dispatch

Express postage is included. We aim to post your letter within seven days after each successful payment, including renewals. Transit and customs times vary and cannot be guaranteed. You must provide and keep current a complete, accurate postal address. Import duties or charges imposed in your country may be payable by you unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal or contact us by email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. A successfully paid month's letter remains due for dispatch, subject to your consumer rights.

Failed payments

Stripe may retry unsuccessful payments and request updated payment information. Letters are dispatched only following successful payment. An unpaid subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide a replacement, refund or other remedy where appropriate and as required by law.

Refunds and consumer rights

Due to the love, care and devotion that goes into receiving the transmission and creating your letter, refunds are not available after purchase for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Where a refund, replacement or other remedy is required by law, those rights will be honoured.

Nature of content

Letters are creative and reflective works and are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, giving notice of material changes where required. Queensland, Australia law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
